After years of competing and training in everything from boxing to fitness racing to bodybuilding and equestrian – I decided to take the plunge and use my diverse experiences to create a vibrant, fun and supportive environment for women to smash their health and fitness goals.
GIRLCODE BOX Classes
Once you’re a member you can pick and choose your classes and open gym times in the Members app. There are 5 different types of classes on offer and also open gym available to gold members.

Hybrid Training sessions at GIRLCODE BOX, where strength, conditioning, and functional movement come together for the ultimate total-body workout. Designed for all fitness levels, this dynamic class blends strength and cardio to help you build power, improve endurance, and move with confidence. Expect high energy, expert coaching, and a motivating community that pushes you to show up and level up.
A full body workout focusing on strength, power and muscular endurance, making full use of all our kit . This class is for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. The perfect way to build a strong base and an inner confidence to take on everything life throws at you.
